A Reminder to Complete Your Mid-Year Evaluations

As part of our focus on your employee journey, our new Performance Evaluation process is tailored to foster ongoing dialogue to build a continuous, dynamic, and mutually rewarding approach to career development. We believe performance management is an ongoing process rather than a once a year occurrence, and our goal is to align managers and their associates on achievements, company vision, development, support, and general well-being in a more frequent format.

Thank you to everyone who has completed their 2020 performance mid-year check-ins. Our goal with these evaluations is to ensure managers meet with their associates to discuss achievements, goals, and developmental opportunities. 

Some things to remember:

  • Mid-year evaluations MUST be completed by Friday, July 31, 2020.
  • Historical evaluations and goals can be accessed under the Performance section in Workday.
  • There is no self-evaluation step, but associates will be provided an opportunity to add commentary if they wish.
  • No required second-level approval in the system. You will work with your managers directly on the review of all documents.
