Apex Apartments in the San Francisco Bay Area recently won quite the prize. Kicking off the new year, a competition was put in place between Apex and a sister community to encourage the growth of resident and prospect satisfaction through Kingsley.

Apex increased their score in almost every category with an overall satisfaction growth of .48 and won the prize. What was the prize, you ask?

The losing property’s RPM, Elizabeth Meadows, was to dress in a tutu and hand deliver pastries to the winning community.

But wait there’s more! The RPMs had no clue they were being volunteered for this. “Elizabeth and Shannen (Floyd) were super surprised to find out that they had been "volunteered" by the communities! says Naree Heitz, community manager at Apex. “They were really good sports though!”
And to add to that, Naree says, “Elizabeth was my regional, but when we had a regional switch she ended up being our sister property’s new RPM, so she ended up having to dress up!”
