Using keyboard shortcuts can greatly increase your productivity and help keep you focused.

For example, to copy text, you can highlight text and press Ctrl+C on your keyboard for the "copy" shortcut. To paste text, use Ctrl+V. Using the shortcut is quicker than moving your hands from the keyboard to highlight with the mouse, choosing copy from the file menu, and returning to the keyboard. Check out more shortcuts like these, which will work with most Microsoft Windows Applications.
