As we head into the holiday season, it is the perfect time to ensure that you take a moment for yourself. As an E-Team, We Do Great Together but it is important to remember in order for us to do that we need to keep ourselves thinking positive, mentally engaged, and physically ready to take on anything that comes our way. Being an example of how to refocus and empower yourself is an excellent way to Lead At Every Level.

In December, Essex Culture and Values will take the opportunity to do a year in review, highlighting how we engaged all our values and behaviors throughout the year. Plus, we will share plans for 2022 and how we can all continue to contribute to enriching our culture!
