Senior Maintenance Technician, Jonathan Hernandez, recently spotted smoke coming from the community's parking structure. As soon as he saw the plumes, he sprang into action, grabbing the fire hose with the help of a resident and calling the fire department. After ensuring it was safe to act, Jonathan quickly extinguished the four-foot flames coming from the parked and unoccupied vehicle as the fire department arrived to confirm that the danger had passed.

Leasing Specialist, Jody Ladd, told us, "Jonathan's super-quick response saved us all. The flames were about to spread to the two cars adjacent to the fire."
