The Leadership Foundations Program
The Leadership Foundations Program is a comprehensive organizational development program that enables Essex to cultivate, identify and promote next generation leaders at all levels of the organization. This training will act as an introduction to the Leadership Program.  The 10-week program focuses on skills including coaching, feedback, team building, time management, and critical thinking.
 
Transforming the E-team
So far, nearly 100 Essex leaders have graduated from the Leadership Foundations course and experienced transformational leadership results.
