Attention: All Administrative Associates that post memos

From the 10/25 E-Hour, there is a new function in Yardi that allows associates to post memos to multiple residents at one time. 

What is the benefit of this change?
Associates can save time and be more efficient by posting high volume memos in bulk instead of individually.

How does it work?
To understand how to post a bulk memo, review the Yardi Bulk Memos Training video in (duration: 3:30) Learning Bridge LMS as a team.

• All admin associates should view the training video
• Maintenance associates, viewing is optional
• We will review training records to ensure that at least one associate per property has completed viewing this video.
