Congratulations to the 2019 Essex award winners announced in this morning's Coffee Talk with Leadership session. 

Recognition was announced in the following categories: Heroes in Action, Top Gun Maintenance Team of the Year, and Corporate Manager of the Year. Here are the winners in each category:

Heroes in Action

• Richard Chapman and on-site teams - for staying connected and checking in with their residents via a phone tree
• Lakeshore Landing main line repair team - for executing a crucial repair on a broken water main 
• All Procurement team - for procuring and distributing PPE to maintenance teams

Top Gun Maintenance Team of the Year

Granted to the property maintenance teams who demonstrate excellent skills and achievement in maintenance property operations. A team-based award for going above and beyond while maintaining the property, achieving key KPIs, and providing exemplary customer service.
