Leasing associates, we have an update for you regarding the recently updated Yardi renewal template.

This new version no longer includes the balance due for utilities. When creating renewal offers, you do not need to enter any data in the “AUM Balance” column.

We are currently working to remove this column from Yardi, so please leave this blank until then.
