June 1^st is only six days away! The EssexNEXT Committee is excited to announce we will be highlighting the value of Lead at Every Level and the behaviors We Are Driven by Purpose and We Do Great Together. Plus, as many of you know, June is Pride Month. As we continue to post content for you to enjoy on the EssexNEXT News Tab and in E-Hour throughout the month, we will also be holding our first EssexNEXT Virtual Background Contest.

Starting today and running through June 7^th, we will be accepting submissions for the Best Zoom Virtual Background in two categories:

• Lead at Every Level
• Pride Month

 
The Rules:

• You can enter as many submissions as you would like.
• All submissions must be received between May 26^th and June 7^th.
• All submissions must be your design – not an already offered/completed background found online.
• The image should already be sized correctly for a Zoom background (recommended: 1920 x 1080 px)
• Submissions should be appropriate in content.
• All entries should be submitted to EssexNEXT@essex.com
• You can work individually or in teams.
• Have fun!

 
The winning backgrounds will be announced on the EssexNEXT News Tab and available to download on Wednesday, June 9^th. Then, on June 16^th, they will be featured in the EssexNEXT Coffee Talk commercial where we will also be announcing our 2^nd engagement activity, so don’t miss it!
