At Essex, we encourage and support career growth and we have enhanced our career portal to ensure our internal candidates stand out!

Our upgraded internal career portal also features the ability to route current manual forms, such as the Internal Transfer/Promotion Request Form, electronically. This will streamline the process and eliminate email clutter.
 
New Internal Career Portal
iCIMS is the portal used by Essex to recruit and onboard top talent. The new Internal portal launches Monday, September 18, and will be accessible to all Associates/Managers. The new iCIMS portal will be available in Okta SSO.
 
iCIMS Associate Dashboard
Associates can view their profile, browse for open jobs, submit an application and view the status.
 
iCIMS Manager Dashboard
What's different?  A new dashboard chart allows managers to view internal candidates separately from external candidates, making it easier to identify current E-Team members that are a good fit.
