Welcome our newest property to the portfolio: Mio!

Mio is a brand new apartment community in the Japantown neighborhood of San Jose. Built in 2015, there are 103 units with a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom homes. Plus, the building is LEED certified.
 
Playing up the unique Japantown location, the community's ambiance blends vintage design with Eastern flavor. The luxurious amenities include a saltwater spa, rooftop deck, indoor/outdoor fitness center, recreation room with billiards, multiple community lounges, bocce ball court, outdoor BBQ grill, business center, dog park areas and outdoor fireplace and firepit.
