Essex senior leadership is pleased to announce the promotion of Anne Morrison to Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

As General Counsel, Anne will oversee and manage legal activities throughout the organization, including enterprise risk management and corporate governance matters. She will also oversee matters related to regulatory and legal compliance issues for the Company. Since joining Essex in 2013, Anne has shown a commitment to promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration in those she works with.

Essex's legal team includes Anika Fischer, Vice President of Legal, who leads the legal team in public reporting and oversees real estate transactions, Valerie Christensen who also assists in real estate transactions and property operations legal issues, and Michael Beler who manages compliance, legal issues that arise under property operations, and litigation.
