Leasing Specialist, Sureya Atoura from Anavia in Anaheim, CA was recognized as employee of the month by RPMs Josh Foley and Cynthia Cifuentes and their associates.

Each month, teams nominate individuals who exemplify multiple aspects of the Essex culture. The Havens Assistant Manager, Aubrey Chapin, told us, "Sureya's 'never-give-up' attitude and creative conflict-resolution made her the April 2019 Winner."

Josh Foley and Cynthia Cifuentes's team members gathered to surprise Sureya with a personalized certificate, flowers, and some of her favorite snacks.
