Join us in congratulating Alicia Neri, who has been promoted to Sr. Community Manager and will now lead the teams at Avenue 64 and Emme.

Before joining the E-team, Alicia was running a floral shop in Walnut Creek when a friend who worked for Essex encouraged her to apply. Her friend shared with her how much she loved the company and the many growth opportunities.

Alicia started as a leasing consultant at Bel Air Apartments in 2008, and since then has worked at several Essex communities in San Ramon, Oakland, Dublin and now Emeryville.  
 
Alicia loves to spend time with my family and friends, and her favorite pastimes are watching a good UFC match, enjoying homemade BBQ and listening to music.
