This was our most positive experience with any staff member at Alessio to date, in the nearly three years we have lived here. She had everything correctly prepared when we arrived, knew the terms of the lease she was asking us to execute, and was able to both answer questions and schedule some maintenance. She was just delightful to work with, and made a task that in the past has been quite unorganized from the managements end a breeze. If I were hiring for my business today, I would have offered her a position on the spot, based on our experience with her.
