Adrianna Gonsalves Delivers Extraordinary Service

Adrianna Gonsalves, Resident Relations Representative at Hillsdale Garden, was recently recognized by a resident for going above and beyond her role.
Residents Nami Akhavi and Maryam Ezati were not able to leave their home to sign their lease because they were sick. As a result, Adrianna was kind enough to visit their apartment to witness the signing of the new lease. With permission, Adrianna spent two hours with the couple in their home.
Nami recently sent an email to the community’s management team complementing Adrianna and extending their gratitude, admiration and appreciation for her:
“I have to thank you and congratulate you. Adrianna was very professional, kind and thorough. We rarely encounter someone like Adrianna in the professional and personal capacity. Not only is she a true professional, and kind, but knows and understands the full capacity of her responsibility. She is the perfect employee.
She has to come back today because we missed signing just a couple of pages. This shows her dedication and care she has for the tenants, as much as it shows these rare characteristics to her job and responsibility.”
