2021 Operations Performance Evaluations

Our 2021 end-of-year performance evaluation for the Operations team is starting today – Monday, November 1, 2021. Associates hired on or before October 1, 2021, are eligible to participate in the review.
The Purpose of Performance Evaluations
- Provide clarity on goals and success metrics
- Provide constructive feedback to an associate to improve job knowledge and skills
- Reward high performance and help our associates grow their careers at Essex
Timeline for Operations
- Manager completes evaluation form: 11/1 - 11/12
- Compensation planning: 11/15 - 12/10
- One on one performance & compensation conversations: 12/20 - 12/21
- Associate acknowledgement: 12/20 - 12/21
- Manager acknowledgement: 12/22 - 12/30
Please note evaluations for the Corporate team will begin Monday, November 15, 2021. The timeline will be communicated at a later date.
