What is Open Enrollment?
Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to give yourself a benefits check-up and make changes such as:

  • Change medical plans
  • Add or drop dependents
  • Enroll/re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Enroll for voluntary benefits

When is Open Enrollment?

Open Enrollment changes can be completed online between Friday, October 27 and Wednesday, November 15.

Learn more about our plans at your region's Open Enrollment meeting      

  • Attendance at the Open Enrollment meeting is required
  • The Open Enrollment meeting offers you a chance to learn more about our plans and ask questions.
  • During the meeting, plan changes will be reviewed and you will hear announcements on new plan offerings and benefits.
  • You can also participate in fun activities, get a free biometric screening and win awesome prizes!

Open Enrollment Meeting Schedule

Open Enrollment meetings are hosted regionally according to the above schedule.

For each scheduled meeting, there will be a morning and an afternoon session to accommodate associates' schedules.
On-site teams, please expect to coordinate with your manager to schedule your session.
Corporate associates, please look for the electronic sign-up sheet to circulate soon.

Morning Session Schedule
8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. - Arrival/Registration and Vendor Fair
9:00 a.m.-11:15 a.m. - Presentation

Afternoon Session Schedule
12:15 p.m.-1:15 p.m. - Arrival/Registration and Vendor Fair
1:15 p.m.-3:30 p.m. - Presentation

Participate in the Free Biometric Screening & Get Perks!
Free, confidential, biometric health screenings will be offered once again at this year's Open Enrollment meetings. Sign up for screening is offered at the event. Take advantage of this offering to learn more about your health. 

For participating in the screening, associates will receive 1500 points in Health Hero.  What are points good for?

  • Gift Cards! You can use these points towards gift cards in our E-Team Rewards program.
  • Reduced Annual Medical Premiums. Associates who reach Gold (6,000 points) or Platinum ( 8,000 points) status in Health Hero by December 31, 2017, are eligible to receive either a $10 or $20 medical premium credit per paycheck in 2018! Look for more details in the coming weeks
A full packet with all Open Enrollment information will be mailed to each associates' home the week of October 23.
