CONTACT CENTER AGENTS CAN DIRECT DIAL LEASING AGENTS - 2/10/21
This update was released in January but needed a few tweaks to work correctly. Now, when contact center agents are on a call with a prospect, they have the ability to “simulring” the leasing team directly (bypassing the standard Masergy IVR menu, which calls the onsite office). This provides a more efficient path of communication between the Essex contact center and leasing teams.
