While Tami and I are no longer on the same team, she still dedicates time for us to continue to meet, be thought partners, and act as a mentor. Her workload has more than doubled, but she ensures that I am successful and supported in my new role. She does not have to do any of those things, but she does. To me, that is true integrity!
