Funnel will start to show an indicator in the call banner - "(Resident)" -  if the caller is a known Resident. This was added to give agents some context that the caller is a Resident before they answer the call, and to help distinguish between resident calls and leasing calls (as we move towards adding more resident communication features in Funnel).
