If an agent has entered any text into the Messenger draft for a prospect for a given team and then navigates away from the Messenger view, Funnel will retain that "draft" for the remainder of the session. (If the agent logs out and then back in, that draft will no longer be there.)   This will be available to all agents - both onsite agents and Knoah agents.
