Marketing Automation: New “No Communication in X Days” Marketing Automation Triggers based on move-in date - 5/4/21

a. We've expanded the functionality of our "No Communication in Past X Days" marketing automation trigger to support triggering at different frequencies based on the prospect's desired move-in date.
b. You can now set up rulesets that trigger at different frequencies based on when the prospect's desired move-in date is:

1. Within 30 Days
2. 30-60 Days Away
3. 61+ Days Away

c. For example, you can set up the rulesets to trigger a follow-up task on the guest card

1. Every 5 days that there is no communication with a prospect and the prospect's move-in date is within 30 days
2. Every 10 days that there is no communication with a prospect and the prospect's move-in date is 30-60 days away
3. Every 30 days that there is no communication with a prospect and the prospect's move-in date is 61+ days away
