Allow adding blocked off time for other agents – Released 3/30/21
Funnel has added a new role permission to allow CMs and RPMs to add blocked off time for other agents from the Community Calendar. When enabled, another type will appear in the calendar dropdown called “Blocked Off Time For Another User”. When selected, an Agent dropdown will appear directly below the “Type” dropdown and the user will be able to select an agent from all Teams they have access to. Agents will be able to unblock their own time only.
