Ability for users to opt into calls per team - 5/4/21
a. In the Settings → Calls and Texts tab there is a new section called “Receive Calls for Teams”. This section allows agents to opt in/out of receiving inbound calls for each team they have access to in Funnel.
b. By default, agents are opted into receiving calls from all teams that they have access to in Funnel. This new functionality allows floating agents to better manage which communities they are accepting calls for each day.
