Ability to move emails from Outlook Inbox into “Funnel CRM” folder - 5/4/21
For Outlook clients only we've introduced functionality that can move emails that have been ingested into Funnel from the inbox in Outlook into a "Funnel CRM" folder in Outlook. Many agents are handling all prospect/resident communications in Funnel, and handling all communications not related to prospects/residents in their Outlook inbox. This feature creates a clearer delineation of emails that have not been ingested into Funnel (that need to be managed in Outlook). By moving emails that have been ingested into Funnel into a "Funnel CRM" folder, agents' Outlook inboxes are left only with emails that have not been ingested into Funnel.
