BMR UNIT INDICATORS - 2/10/21

When BMR unit indicators are enabled, Funnel can store a BMR flag on the unit level and display it in several places throughout the application to inform agents as to a given unit’s BMR status. The indicator can be enabled on the On/Off-Market units tab.

When a unit is available and indicated as a BMR unit, it will appear in the floor plans section of the communities page, under the BMR units section. This section is collapsed by default to visually detract from the units so that agents do not discuss their availability unless specifically seeking information about BMR units.
